Elm Farm Country House Cancellation Policy

Elm Farm Country House operates a 48 hour cancellation policy for bookings of 1-5 nights' duration; 100% of the booking will be charged to the securing card details with cancellation of less than 48 hours' notice.

For cancellation of bookings for 6-10 nights' accommodation we require 7 days' notice; if less than 7 days' notice is given, then 100% of the booking will be charged to the securing card details.

For bookings of 11 nights or more 14 days' notice is required; if less than 14 days' notice is given, then 100% of the booking will be charged to the securing card details.

Any pre-booked meals taken with accommodation will not be charged upon cancellation of booking: failure to cancel, resulting in "no show" for whatever reason will be charged 100% of the booking including any pre-booked meals for the duration of the booking.

By making a booking for accommodation and/or supplying card details you are agreeing to all of Elm Farm Country House terms and conditions relating to the booking and agree that you are giving authorisation for monies to be taken from the card details supplied at the time of booking.

In respect to any charges incurred whilst residing at Elm Farm Country House to include any damages caused by misuse or neglect howsoever caused. By giving card details you are also confirming that you are authorised to do so and are fully aware of our policies.

Re-booking

Cancellation of accommodation can be "re-booked" at no extra charge for lesser or the same duration for a period of up to 3 calendar months from the date of cancellation. This also includes any pre-booked meals. We are only able to offer this service as a "one off" cancellation, and re-booking for a second time will result in that booking being charged again in full, any pre-booked meals may be carried over at no extra cost.

Weddings and parties

In respect to advance bookings of accommodation for a wedding reception or party, in the event of cancellation 100% of the booking will be charged to the securing card details regardless of the notice given. In the event of a no-show 100% of the booking will be charged to the securing card details.
 

Special events

Bookings made for accommodation and/or tickets in connection with special events scheduled into the Elm Farm calendar, for example, fireworks, New Year’s Eve and the Music Festival are not subject to our usual cancellation policy. Bookings made in connection with these events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
