| Your wedding - your way At Elm Farm Country House we can cater for many types of private function - and we especially enjoy weddings! The Dining Room With seating enough for eighty people, the Dining Room has plenty of space for your Wedding Breakfast - and for the evening, up to 120 guests can enjoy the buffet. The stage is the perfect centre piece for your disco or band. The Dining Room also benefits from opening directly into the gardens.
Lose yourself in our beautifully-kept garden and pond areas. Find that perfect spot for intimate pictures by the pond. Relax in our 'Garden of Eden', surrounded by 400 year old flint walls. Perfectly suited for smaller parties, the Lounge seats up to 30 people and is suitable for buffets for up to 50. The lounge benefits from direct access to the bar and the outdoor patio areas.
Rooms are available throughout the year on a bed and breakfast basis. All rooms are en- suite and have excellent facilities including TV, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities. Standard rooms are £40 per night for single occupancy and £60 per night for twin/double. From £80 per night we also have family rooms sleeping up to 5 and the luxurious Spa-Bath room. If you like a little more space, perhaps our suite will appeal to you, with its bedroom views over the pond.
All our wedding packages are completely flexible and can be altered to suit you. We can cater for up to 80 people for your Wedding Breakfast in our Dining Room and 30 in the Lounge to a sit-down meal - and for buffet style up to 200 guests can be accommodated in both rooms. We can arrange disco/live music, flowers, balloons, table decorations, table plan, accommodation, Toast Master and children's entertainment at extra cost. A £200 deposit is required to secure all advance bookings.

We pride ourselves in being able to offer a special service - and along with that, we can arrange for you a few special touches. How about a summer wedding in the garden with jazz band and hog roast? Release a pair of white doves to mark the occasion, or banquet on the lawn overlooking the pond. The meal choice above is only an example and is completely flexible, to your own preference.
